I think those are old underground fuel tanks. They cut the end out but leave a ring to help keep them from mashing in
If so you could pull one with 1/2 ton I bet

That seems awfully cheap. I will need something like that in a couple years so I've been keeping an eye out. That stuff must be made of gold up here in NC.

I bet it cost 10k to move one. But if you took a torch and cut in into manageable prices you could make pretty good money at the scrap yard
