Milling is the only option I know. I’m waiting for the holosun 407k/507k to be available and I’m going to have my 43x milled. If I had a 365 I would do the same thing

Haven’t used that one, but I used an adapter for a g17 and Burris FF3. It worked quite well.

I have an adapter plate on my Glock 19 that replaces the rear sight. I opted for that route to see if I would like it before springing for a new slide or milling. I like it a lot.
