Anyone in the Jacksonville area need trot line bait?

I have a few bags of frozen perch and slicks(green sunfish) also have pollywog catfish, live for now. I don't have a bait license, so these are not for sale. If you happen to drop a box of night crawlers or a couple bread loaf heels, I might be able to pick them up and put them to use though. If you let me know ahead of time, I can have some live bait.

If I know you're coming, I can keep the perch alive for a while also.

I may be mistaken but I think if you use live bait on public waters the bait must come from that water way. For some reason I thought I read that a couple years ago.

I had someone tell me that several years ago, but I've still never read it anywhere.
