One of our guys has a handy mans special pull behind lease trailer he wants to get rid of. It has been out at the lease for 16 years. He is the second owner and got it from another lease member who got off. He has the blue title.
I DO NOT have any pictures.
It is 28-30+- ft long with a slide. It is a double axle bumper pull.
You would most likely need some tires as those have sat for a long time.
It needs roof repair.
It needs plumbing lines replaced.
Probably other issues that he and I don't know about.
The AC and heat work!
I believe the fridge works the last time I stayed in it.
It is a fixer upper!
I slept in it 3-4 times last year and it was fine.
LOCATION- Northwest os Wichita Falls. He would meet you in Holliday and take you out there. It probably needs to be someone with in a coupla hours of Wichita.
No tire kickers they might go flat
