Bottled up my home made Crema di Limoncello and my strawberry cream liqueur.
Arancello, Blood Orangecello went into the freezer.
Limoncello, lemon , is still sitting.
I was gifted some nice high proof grain spirits.
The limoncello cream is already great but will be better in about 5 days and after it hits the freezer.
Strawberry cream is for my coffee.
Lemon and orange cellos should be about 80-85 proof, creams about 50 proof maybe could be higher.
Have about a handle left , aged whiskey is on the list too, rapid aged with toasted white oak .
Apple pie liquor might be next.
Spouse griped about making cream liquor and cellos but he even likes the results so far.
