Think we're paying $10/acre on the MLD place I'm on. No electricity. Another $200-$300 per structure that stays there year round (Campsites)

6,000 acres MLD, RV hookups, water, electricity, decent skinning shed/camp, year round access to Lake Nacogdoches with private boat ramp..... started at $12.00/acre with a $0.50/acre increase every other year for the next 10 years.

I know it’s not relevant but in 1997 our lease rate per acre from Temple was 1.75 per acre. Insurance was 300.00.

Evens out. They have enough lights I don’t have to buy one. Plus there’s always someone to help load
