I feel like he's 6 this year, he looks pretty impressive in the body in last years pics.

Kinda what I was thinking. Last year was our 1st year on this place so we weren’t wanting to shoot a whole lot. I also thought with this guy hanging around so much it would be a good chance to watch what a basic hill country 8 does with some age.

No worries. But that one isn't going to do much.

Wasn’t trying to be a smart azz. Was major. Sure he saw it. I just thought that deer had too much size in his neck and hind quarters to be a 3.5 year old last year

Looks 5+ this year. Easily looks 4+ last year...there ain't a 3 year old in McCulloch County with a neck like that. Should have shot him last year.
