I hate how you have to string the line. Gas weed eaters the head spool comes off so you can string it. On the Dewalt the spool doesn’t come off.

The battery charge is fairly good. We have a lot of weed eating at our house and we can typically get it done in two charges

    I like our dewalt 18

Absolutely love mine. Had every kind of gas ones ans will never go back.
Kobalt 80v Max. Besides the weed eater, I got the pole saw, chain saw too. Made setting up my tree stand and clearing shooting lanes a breeze.

Best tool I've purchased besides my Honda Foreman ATV.

Ha! Actually did tell my wife there is no pull start or fuel mixing no more excuses why she couldn’t weed eat while I operate the riding mower

I have a ryobi and it works great 1/3acre lot and it would do everything I needed on a full charge. I’ve been contemplating getting rid of my gad blower too since this works so well

Yep I was just jacking with y’all. I’ve looked at them but haven’t pulled the trigger.

Can you buy the head for any battery power brand that you slide precut strings in? It seems like the bump heads have it out for me.

Had no idea they made battery powered weed eaters. Just ordered a Milwaukee on Amazon.

I got the Kobalt 40v this year and was surprised at how good it actually was. I have a little over 1/2 acre and one battery will do it.

I have the 18v Ryobi because I have a lot of their other tools. I have 1 acre and I use 2 batteries. What I like about it is my son can play stupid and claim that he can get it to run right.
