The guys I had needed all the help they could get so we threw shrimp under corks. They ended up with 1 keeper red too. It was pretty nice. I think tomorrow will be good.

I saw a huge shark up in the surf too. Huge like at least a couple hundred pounds. I got a real good look at it. And sure enough one of my guys hooks a trash fish and it eats it. Spools him, headed for Cuba at a steady pace.
Nice. That’s how my group is going to be Sunday. Need all the help they can get. Lol

Wife and I caught about a dozen small sand and hammerhead sharks in aransas pass at Steadman reef last week in 1 1/2 ft deep water. Never seen that many before.

Yup bout this time last year was fishing Galveston bay and ended up in a school of baby blaktips (I think can’t remember species for sure) caught about 6 or 7 in about 15 min. Had to leave that spot.

It looks like it has gotten a little rough. I’m gonna go anyway.

Wind went from a peaceful 10 out of the north to a 20 plus almost due East in a matter of minutes.... once that happened it was over.
