Don't think it's a horse.

I don't see any front teeth.

It also looks like clover hoof on the back foot.

I think it is a calf.

No theory on how it got in a deer blind.

Left femur looks dislocated from pelvis and I can't see the other side of the rib cage. Something either chowed down on that thing in there or someome played a prank on you.

I saw that too. Split hoofed critter=> calf

Thankfully for you, MrPorkRind, it was dry and done decomposing.
