Hahahaha love it..... Hopefully these new receivers showing out can make up for Amari's talent and half *** approach to the game. Liking what I am seeing out of the new guard too... Big powerful dude.

Go Cowboys!!

Well, well, well. For the first, in a long time that I can remember, the Cowboys 2nd team and down, looks equal to or better than someone else's.

Not particularly a Dak fan, but if the defense is good and the offense can run the ball, he ought to be able to "gett er done".

I see this as the only winning formula for Dak, I do believe the defense is going to be really good, the offense depends on the O line and receivers.

I bleed blue and burnt orange. However, IMO Zeke needs to go after this year and Ole Jerry needs to draft Bijon down the road in Austin.

Thoughts from the GS in regard to Sean Payton returning at some point?

Sports talk radio is definitely hyping this scenario, and I can see it happening if we suffer another one and done in the playoffs.

The Saints will have to agree to it. Two first round picks could make it happen.

I’ve gotten so mad at them before that I swore I wouldn’t watch another game until the next season. The next Sunday I was sitting on the couch at 11:59 waiting on kick off 😂

Payton and McCarthy are basically the same guy, compare records, I do like Payton better because he is a little cocky, maybe has a little Jimmy in him. I do not see the Cowboys giving up a first round pick ( possibly more ) and then paying Payton 15- 20 M a year, not going to happen, if there is a coaching change I believe Quinn will get the job.

I didn't think they owed the saints anything after this year if they did want to hire Payton.

Bijan replacing Zeke would free up money to sign their young stars.

Jerry is once again the most successful owner in the NFL.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl...ed1856dac90cb3

Quote:
The Dallas Cowboys top Forbes’ 25th Annual NFL Team Valuations, maintaining the title of most valuable team for the 16th consecutive year, worth $8 billion, and worth more than any other sports team. The Cowboys have also become the first team to generate $1 billion in revenue thanks in part to a bevy of lucrative sponsorships like Molson Coors.
Too bad he sucks as a GM.

Lifelong Cowboy fan, I've watched almost every game from 1970 until the kneeling started. I started watching most of the games again last year. I'll be in again this year, unless they start kneeling again. I am expecting yet another disappointing season, it's the Jerry Jones way.

Dak had the line, the running game, the receivers, he had it all, he inherited a team ready to make a run , they should have put Tony back in when he was healthy dadnabit. Dak is maybe between 9 and 14 as far as QB's go, he needs lots of help to win. Don't get me wrong, I like Dak, they are just going to have to run the ball well and play stellar defense for Dak to take this team anywhere.

I been saying that since the occurrence.
When you're in a supposed playoff run(which they were), that kind of deal is really questionable. Dak had a good year but the game changes in the playoffs.
Now if it was the first or second game you may just have decided to go down a new path.
I just consider that move....boneheaded.

On the positive side there are some young studs on D that should make the D better this year. Fingers crossed.

On the same old Boys or negative side, Dak is a functional QB at the NFL level. That said, he needs a running game to open up passing options. I just don’t see the O-line consistently opening up holes for the backs. On top of that, as many penalties as the team commits it’s near impossible for a Dak lead offense to overcome.

Go Boys Go.

Tyron Smith suffered a severe injury to his left hamstring in Wednesday’s practice that could cost him multiple months of the 2022 season, sources tell me and @AdamSchefter. More reviews to fully determine the severity are planned for Thursday.
