Traditional First Shot Challenge Week 40 2022

Opening weekend for WT archery 2022!
This weeks point based target will be simulating shots to the White tail fuzzy triangle (sorry wrong species) …err golden triangle (sorry wrong locale)…err Deadly Triangle…err Deadly V….wheel house….pump house…boiler room…kill box…vital organs….etc.

Draw a flagged 5” equilateral triangle.
Draw a circle 3-4” with overlapping the flagged triangle and with edge touching the flagged point. (Im not good with drawing symmetrical circles so I just flipped a peanut butter jar over and traced the lid for a resulting 3 1/2” circle.)
Label the point areas as shown in the posted target.
Any shot on paper is 1 pt.
Shots in circle outside triangle are 2 points
Shots in triangle outside circle are 2 points.
Shots in overlapped triangle and circle are 3 points.
    Shooters shoot from any position.
Adults shoot from 16 yards. (If you are space limited and can only shoot a shorter distance, say 12 or 13 yards, do so…points count just the same)
    Kids shoot from 7 yards.
    Weebles shoot from anywhere.
Shoot and score first shot of 3 days shots. All 7 days may be shot and scored, whereas tally three highest scores for final submission.
Highest 3 day tallyed score wins target and call for next week.

Good skilling and have a great week Yall!
    God bless!

I'm going to give this a shot soon, but I'm only crossbow so I get it if mine don't count. I just enjoy the competition.

Got lucky Briar. I had my nock point too high. It did a turn and burn in there. Fortunately it was a minor adjustment. Hopefully I'll have it set up and figured out for these wood arrows, glue on some snuffers, then kill something with it.
