:Please do not take this the wrong way but you have spent waaaayyyyy more time discussing this than the cost of a new motor.
I had the same thing happen last week, replaced the motor and we are now feeding coons, rabbits, squirrels, an occasional Opossum and the rare/elusive East Texas Whitetail.
