Cameron was lucky enough to kill this spike a couple of weekends ago. Lets see what your thought are on age and honestly we would not care if it 6 months old because we like to kill stuff.

I usually take a spike every other year just to remove the extra mouth at the feeders.

I've probably seen about 5,000 spikes in my years of hunting. Maybe about 5 of them were actual mature deer. So, I'm going to go with 1.5 before the pic gets put up. Odds are that it's young. Shoot for age, not for horn size.
