Train Waco is Awesome and will give you a 3 day pass usually. I always offer to pay. Golds is pretty solid, may be 10$ a day, Underground is legit if you are into strongman stuff but not sure if they will do a day pass since they are 24 hour key card access now.

No idea if they’re still around, but I use to use Gym X when I was in Waco frequently for work.

I don’t travel as much as I did just a few years ago. I have a membership to Anytime that has helped me in situations like this.

I later on found golds, it came up on a google search but not on the google map when I search “gym”

I’ll check it out for future. Nothing worse than going out of town and eating like trash, etc. I’ve been trying to maintain on the road and not fall victim to circumstances
