Need an assist in the Galveston Area

We have a vacation home in the Pirates Beach area of Galveston. I cannot get down there for a few more weeks. Is there anyone in the area that could drive by the house and just make sure I don't have a new "water fountain feature" from the cold weather?

I am happy to by you and the wife/hubby dinner for your troubles.

That is correct, when we used to live down there they did a good job of it.
