    Polk County Monster

As the title says, a real monster. We had only two pictures of this guy last year as he spent most of his time on my neighbors property. Looks like he really developed over the summer! Seems to be hanging out under our feeder, which is ironically one of the last old school dusk to dawn Moultrie feeders still in the woods and working. My first thought was that he’s not a legal buck… but after looking at several pictures it becomes pretty clear he would go 13.

Seems that the last week the pig bomb went off as well. Anybody else have no pigs up untill right about now and then boom!

Yes sir! These freaks are also more intriguing than a straight up “regular buck” . And we have a few of those also. The last couple years I’ve cried about the number of deer on my place being low… It seems for whatever reason we’re getting more pictures of does/fawns this early fall. Let’s see how it plays out like I said the pig bomb just went off as well.

Let me see if I have the picture. Kyle dubbed him Triceratops.

My brother’s grandson was able to kill him last year. This was in Panola county.

Crummy picture, But the overall grainy picture adds to the mystique of this beast.

Ha! I doubt Panola County and Polk County bloodlines connect l, but they certainly do look similar.

Oh I know, but it’s funny how some deer look awfully familiar by miles apart.
That’s why I put the county in there. Didn’t want everybody thinking these two were kin!!!

Maybe the biggest 4 point I’ve ever seen. Good luck on him. He’s a big deer too it seems.
