We live about 10 minutes from there. Sure makes it hard to lose weight, being that close to vittles that good. Them voodoo shrimp, and their fried catfish is probably the best I've every had at a restaurant.

At least since Momma Hughes sold her place in Goodrich.

That voodoo shrimp is a full meal instead of an appetizer but i generally order that, shrimp, catfish, and boudan balls so I have plenty left overs.

I like 'em both, but prefer the "thin" too... My bride however gets the regular cut...

All you folks who get the catfish, if you haven't tried the thin cut fish (it's the same amount of fish on the order), give it a try! ...make you go home na slap yo mamma 'cause she can't cook like that!!



Ain't been in a while... If I can talk my bride into the drive up, may just have to go git my fix tonight!

All kidding aside, everybody was extremely courteous and the service was exemplary. I ordered the Voodoo shrimp and froglegs. My wife got the popcorn shrimp. Outstanding!

We went there back in September for my wifes birthday and ate ourselves to sleep just about!
