Congrats on your new bow! I shoot a Halon now but to be honest I would still be shooting my second hand DXT if my in laws hadn’t given me the Halon for Christmas a couple years back. Both bows shoot Slick Trick Magnums and Montec G5’s well, they group right with my field tips. Tune your bow and shoot SHARP broad heads!

What? [emoji848]
If it groups in practice well, it hits consistently where you aim, no? Just like a rifle.

You know you are telling an archery shop guy about tuning here right?...

I guess you missed post 4....LOL.. Did you just discover tuning?
Ducko we all strive for good groups. Good groups means your equipment and form are good. Not all broadheads fly the same in the longer ranges. No matter what we say about tuning our bows, there is still going to be some different aerodynamics on different heads. The guy specifically said long ranges. I would be looking for good groups at longer ranges (hell all ranges for that matter) to confirm my form and equipment are on.Last edited by Smart; 11-20-2020, 09:24 PM.
