My Dad hated the classic rock I listened to. I hate the rap kids love now. Every one likes the sound they grew up on. Nothing new about that. If I was a singer I would sing whatever paid the most. I've been doing whatever job I could that paid the most all my life.

Well, he's part hippie, part cowboy. Probably not the devil because he doesn't cast any stones. Sometimes he can be loud, other times heavy. He's been around awhile, but always somewhere in the middle. Some people think he's a head case but I'm glad to say he's always playing this old guitar with a fast hand.

All of this, and I think he's Chicken's cousin.

Randy Rogers is going to be at Greek Brothers in El Campo on the 23rd and Roger Creager will be there on December 7th.

I like Cody Johnson and the band Midland ain't bad.

I'm really fortunate to be able to have a couple of great local radio stations available. I listen to KXEZ, 92.1 The Possum, they're in Farmersville, and 99.9 KMOO in Mineola.
Both play great old country music, KMOO does play a few modern songs here and there, but the "Country Store" more than makes up for it in pure entertainment!
