That sucks I hope you get redemption. I hit a doe there a couple years ago and watched her the rest of the season. She was way more skittish though.

Oh man. I hate that for you bud. That makes me sick reading it!! What rest are you using?

QAD. It’s not the rest faults it’s mine. For whatever reason when I shoot the exodus broad heads they catch my riser when I break over if they arnt turned just right. I spent a while matching them up with my vanes and thought they were good to go. I always practice draw once in the stand. I get to full draw yesterday on Holyfield and pop my arrow off just as I break over. I panicked after that. 100% my mistake.

I’m getting the VXR this off-season and am going to the iron will fixed broad heads next year. I’m sure it’s a tuning issue with my creed and exodus broadheads now

Dang.... I know exactly how that feels. Once came to full draw on a large buck almost straight down totally relaxed. Brand new arrow on the string. As I dropped the bow down to settle the pin, the arrow just fell out of the noc. It wasnt glued on. Arrow hit my loc on and about 6 branches on the way down. Never saw that deer again.
