Holy cow from meat church. I’ve been told hardcore carnivore blackening seasoning is fantastic on steaks

X2 a high dollar steak salt and pepper only, other cuts get other seasonings.

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 cup water, heavy dose of Montreal steak seasoning and steaks in a freezer bag over night then right on the grill to medium rare. I cant find anything better then that.

Want to try something fun? This is a little different, and quite good.

Call it crazy, but Fiesta brand fajita seasoning is pretty darn good on steaks. Just don't overdo the quantity. I tried this one time when I was out of the Uncle Chris and haven't gone back.

My family loves the steak seasoning that they used at the Steakhouse in Bandera next to Bandera Meat Market. We bought a gallon styrofoam container of it and they shipped it to us. Unfortunately they closed and they don’t answer any emails or Facebook messages. Would love to get some more and know what the recipe was.
