Same for all my hunting guns. Shoots great groups & have performed great on the animals myself and the fam have taken. Highly recommend. At the end of the days there are alot of good options out there now. Fed Trophy Copper, Nosler E-Tip, Hornady GMX and Im sure a few others. Barnes is the OG of copper bullets that I'm aware of and the most widely available in gun shops that I've found.
yeah & try the lighter bullets if the traditional weight for calibers listed don't group well. We have a lvsf that we are going to try the 120's in to see if it doesn't take some of the bite out of that light rifle.
Another vote for the Barnes tsx it ttsx. The 120 grain bullets have been awesome out of my wife’s 7mm-08. I have shot them out of a 270 and 300 wsm with great performance and accuracy. To me they are a tough bullet and if I’m shooter deer or similar sized animals I aim right on the shoulder. They have been absolute killers on things like elk, red deer and bison. I killed my Alaskan brown bear with one shot and a 180 grain tsx.
