Last time they kept access to hunting open. Just the gated/regulated parks closed.

The fish are biting. And there's hogs to be kilt. Gotta go!

But I don't remember if the A lake boat ramps were open or not. I do remember the W lake being open cause people with private ramps were fishing it. Just the ramps in the parks were not open. All access gates to hunting were open on both lakes. Just might have to walk in if you're ramps are closed.

And one more thing this morning: If the Government shuts down, all the parks on the lakes will be closed on all ACE projects, just like last time, untill congress passes a resolution to funding.

We will still be able to hunt? Or will it just be camping and boat launches?

Hope everyone has a safe and Merry Christmas. I will be back after the holiday to finish out my season on Whitney. Been a fun year on the other new to me public lands, but it will be nice to get back to more familiar territory.
