Are there any cheaper options for protein feeders?

Go to Academy and buy a protein tube and just put on bottom of 55gal drum. Other option is Cottonseed. I'd just make a cylinder out of hog wire and put a layer of cottonseed and a layer of corn till they get used to it. At least with CS you won't get any negative effects if it gets rained on.
