Our neighbor in the country has a Great Dane and a Great Dane-mix. They are armadillo killing machines. About 4 years ago, I was cutting and baling a small meadow, across the road from them. I found at least 20, relatively fresh armadillo shells, in about a 2 acre patch.

Nearly every time I drive by their place, there is a fresh killed armadillo in the road or off the road.
