Costal is the best option honestly. I had Grimm brothers do mine because I was impatient and it started flaking pretty quick. This was for aluminum work on a boat though.

I want to use coastal but I’m not fond of waiting 3 weeks due to my schedule coming up

I don't think there is anyone here in Bay City. You might also check with Tommy Tran at Tommy's Outboard Service/Dragon Welding in Palacios and see if they do it or who does their powder coating.

He said two weeks and it needs to be black or a color they are painting or it will be more expensive.

But tell him exactly what you’re wanting and he can give you much better information
