Top off Feeders before February

My brother texted me yesterday that he was going to top off all the feeders because the guy at the feed store said corn was going up the first of February. It will be over $9 a bag!!!
That is in Carthage. I looked at producers coop in Bryan yesterday and it’s already $8 a bag!!!
If you can find it cheaper, better load up!!

Already jumped up at the Coop I usually buy from. 2 weeks ago was 7.25 and this past Fri was 9.25

It’s going up because of high global demand and low global supply. The corn futures on the CME are going up almost every day. Friday corn was at $5.35/bushel. Two weeks ago truck load of cracked corn was up to $245/ton. That was a $35/ton increase in a months time

Our dairy feed has spiked as well and is currently higher than milk prices... figure out how to make money there
