    Venison tenderloin

    I’ve killed and cooked a lot of deer over the years. Shot this little guy the last 30min of my rifle hunt in OK this year.


    Grilled the tenderloin this evening on some mesquite coals and it came out as the best one I’ve ever done. Nothing special seasoning wise. A little Salt and Hard Core Carnivore Black. Just tasted great and done ness was just perfect for us.

                  Done a couple of cow tender loins lately. Freaking $35.00 a pound and my wife and I split a one pound steak. Killer grub......

                    Looks great, but looks like backstrap and not tenderloin! Maybe it’s an optical illusion due to how close up the pic is???

                              I am with yea, grew up eating “ raw” meat because that’s how my dad cooked them( he’s we’re still cold in the middle) . Now I much rather have one cooked a bit more.
