School me on this vs a Trigger Stick- I was about to order a trigger stick

I have both and they are different animals to me. The BOG locks down the gun and is solid.....but it is HEAVY compared to the trigger stick..

If I’m walking a lot I pick up the trigger sticks....

Lol you’ll say you don’t need it until you use it then you’ll say “Dang this is handy!!” I love sticking my beast of a long range rifle up there for long shots and knowing it’s DEAD on.

To those who have never had one they’re a little bulky and heavy to carry around but they’re always with me. I can sit and shoot with it, prone and stand. I use them for glassing, I hang my rangefinder from the little knob used for tightening the base. They’re worth every penny and then some. I’ve dropped them off the back of the truck cause I drive like a crazy person and they’re still 100% functional. Definitely one of my favorite purchases.

Yes it will work.

However, I’d suggest loosening it up before shooting. Zero changed clamped down.
