We made another cooking video. We have a "Cook-off" coming up and decided to practice during the July 4th Weekend. We cooked Brisket, Porkbutt, Ribs, and "Yard Pimp". And YES, I used foil on our Brisket. That's the way WE like it. 11hrs from hot pit to slicing. About a 2hr rest period in there too.
