Debone the breasts and cut into bite size pieces. Marinate them in Teriaki sauce and put in fridge for a while (covered so they don't dry).

Cut up a link of smoked sausage into 1/4" slices.

Cut a fresh pinapple into 1" cubes.

Remove breast pieces from fridge and lightly season with salt and pepper.

Skewer the ingredients with shish-ka-bob's and grill.

We used to eat this at a place in Temple, Las Casas...

They started out using Dove but went to chicken b/c it was cheaper (or so I was told)

Take the breast and either butterfly it or beat it with a meat tederizer. Get some shredded colby jack cheese (or whatever kind you like best), add a slice (or 2 or 3) of jalapeno wrap it in bacon and deep fry it.

                  They are awesome!!!

We would eat them w/ some tortillas, spread some sour cream on it, slice the whitewing and add a touch of hot sauce and squeeze of lime...

Breast out your birds. put one breast fillet on each side of a shrimp (10-12'S), on one fillet a slice of onion and the other a slice of green bell pepper. wrap in thick cut bacon and toothpick. Add a splash of your favorite seasoning grill over charcoal. be sure to eat some while your taking them off the pit or they will be all gone when you get done.... Serve with cold beer

A buddy of mine puts the breast and deer sausauge in a baking pan under bellpepper and onions. Than slow cooks it. It's real good.

*Put dove in a brine for a couple hours or soak overnight in milk with some salt and pepper.
*Lightly dust the dove with flour. Sauté until lightly browned
*Remove dove from pan and deglaze with red wine.
*Add onion and mushrooms and sauté.
*Add some regular cream and slightly reduce.
*Place dove breasts back into pan and toss until meat is heated through.

easy crockpot whitewing from last nite

debone doves & slice long ways into smaller pieces (i also add the hearts)

cream of mushroom soup, onions & doves in pot for 4-5 hours on low. Then add celrey, carrots & green pepper and sit for another hour. Serve over rice or noodles.

                                very yummy and simple.
