Y'all are missing the most important part. Fried over easy or medium.....IN THE BACON GREASE.

Never flip it. Splash the grease on top with the spatula.

hard boiled
soft boiled

Chicken eggs, duck eggs, goose eggs. If I could get my hands on a Ostrich egg, I would try that.
