      Eggs are so versatile, I'd eat any of these:

      Over easy
      Over medium
      Scrambled
      Poached
      French omelet
      Spanish omelet
      American omelet
      Frittata
      Souffle
      Egg bake
      pickled
      hard boiled
      soft boiled
      sunny side up
      custard
      tea eggs
      tamagoyaki (my current favorite)
      Ajitsuke Tamago
      Onsen Tamago

      I don't care for over hard, and still haven't tried a balut.

                        Any way is good with me.... but its a side item decision for me.

                        Bacon or with biscuits and gravy.. over easy.

                        Pancakes.. scrambled.

                        No side... omelet.

                            Sunny side up, over easy, fried hard, scrambled in a burrito, whipped in a omelet, deviled eggs, etc

                            Chicken eggs, duck eggs, goose eggs. If I could get my hands on a Ostrich egg, I would try that.
