Wake up call this morning

Had this guy waiting for me walking into my ground blind earlier. Two steps away from a not great morning down in LaSalle County. Even with Chippewas on, this would not have been a good spot to land my foot. Keep your eyes peeled, they’re still out!

62°, not too low but a big change from the usual mid 90’s by 8am

How did you take care of it? Just curious because I am always worried about that as well and carry a handgun.....however if I shoot it, it will likely ruin my morning hunt.

It was 34* when I woke up today. No worries today for us, but I’ve stuck my hand 6” away from one when it was 60* and I may have screamed like a little girl
