I don't have a clue how old it is, but I kinda like it, and I think it's cool that it's a 3rd generation TBH bow!

I have a pic of my Dad with it before he gave it to me. .. I think it was 50lbs…
When I put this bow on the draw scale, it would only max out at 46-48lbs, despite what the limb markers said.
Killed my first whitetail with this bow. I used a Bear Grizzly recurve before this after I moved back to Texas. And never did kill any deer with it. But lots of other critters died from it. I had a really old weak crossbow with metal limbs in Ohio. Think it was a 80lb draw weight. And shot heavy heavy bolts with the heads glued to the shaft.
The fish are biting and there's hogs to be kill-t. Gotta go!Last edited by Texas Grown; 08-12-2022, 06:15 PM.

No longer have the 2001 Q2 that I mentioned on the first page, it went to a son-in-law who became an ex son-in-law....... Have gone through several other bows, dropping draw weight into the high 50's, and now to a cross bow since my shoulders started giving me problems. But, the xbow is an Excalibur, so I guess you could say I went trad (sort of)!
Apologies to the actual trad shooters on the GS....
