Shingles will only be on one side of your body and follow a specific nerve. If you have a rash on both sides, that usually rules shingles out.

Still have the red itchy bumps but not as intense as a few days ago. I've done some more research and it could be candida dying off...without sugar to feed on it dies out. hopefully another 3-4 days max and I'll be over the worst of it.

Looks like a skin irritation/allergic reaction chemical or vegetation related.
If on both elbows have you done any army crawling on the ground?
