Lil man is 7 and this past week he dropped his first animal, a doe at 75 yards. Saturday he comes back and drops his first buck, and absolute hoss of a mature buck that needed to go. Buck was chasing a doe hard and lil put a great shot on him at 125 yards.
Older brother is 9 and he hammered an old mature buck with the 26 Nosler, dropping him in his tracks!
I dont think i've looked through a scope this season and i'm completely ok with that. I'll continue to be the guide, camera man, skinning boy, and cook for them as long as they let me.
