Paid $7.00 a 50 for clean corn at Browns Feed Store in Lampasas.

Yes sir! $7.00 is about 30% lower than we have paid over the past year

Brown's usually has the lowest price on corn in that part of the country.

What I have also discovered, is that Brown's definition of "clean" corn is a joke.

Glad you got some clean corn. It had to be a 2013 crop and not left over from last year.

I agree the clean must mean they got the rocks out and then again maybe not.

If you're worried about that I probably would quit feeding corn IMHO. It's not just Monsanto.

Browns coop and clean corn rarely go in same sentence. So this was not in white bags?

I used to buy all my corn there but finally got tired of it plugging up my feeders with cobs and rocks

We checked the Corn as we were filling up the feeders, it was good clean corn.
