Hit the jackpot on this one. 25 acres, solid woods right on the SHNF boundary. We cleared an acre and our home should be done late October. We see only juvenile bucks on camera all summer and as soon as October comes around some really nice Bucks come pouring out of the Forest. The back of the property is at a choke point of two creeks coming out of the Forest. Saw at least 8 shooters last season. We are on the borders of Walker and Montgomery counties. Dream property.
