    The Ultimate Power Smoothie

    I have these for breakfast almost daily. Gets the metabolism rolling in the morning.

    1 cup 1% milk

    2 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt

    3/4 cup instant oatmeal nuked in water

    2 teaspoons peanut butter (all Natural/ No Sugar)

    2 teaspoons chocolate whey protein powder

    6 ice cubes crushed

    Makes 2-8 ounces

    Calories per serving : 220 Protein 12g ; Carbs 29g; Fat 4g;
    Saturated Fat 1.5g; Sodium 118mg; Fiber 3g
