Pork Ribs

I know before the big crash there was a couple of recipies on pork ribbs. I plan on cooking tomorrow for son's birthday and have a few friends coming over so I would like to do some ribbs up right. (wild hog of course)
I also plan on doing a couple pork roast and one brisket.

Me too since I just killed my first hog yesterday and Im trying to figure out how to prepare and cook the meat.
