Tried doing a search for the thread, but was unable to locate it. The thread was for places that have seasoning and high heat cheese's that's better then Lems.

Granzines meat market in New Braunfels has all their seasonings premixed for 25, 30 40 and 50lb. batches of sausage. They also sell no-melt cheese.
I buy all my stuff there.

I see you're in Columbus, go to novaks meat market off of business 59 in so Campo and ask them to mix some up for you.

They do a great German sausage, summer and dried. They mix mild so you'll need to add your desired amount and kind of heat to taste.

Been using them for years.

We used Leggs for many years..... recently switched to Fiesta brand sausage seasoning and have been very happy. Can buy at Academy for 25 lb. batches or order larger amounts online.

Go to Heinsons in New Ulm. They have everything you need from high temp cheese to several different types of pre mixed sausage seasoning and bulk seasoning if you want to make your own mix. They also have a online catalog.
