covert camera question

I have a fairly new pair of the code black LTE cameras for ATT service.

My question is if I can change carriers by swapping the SIM card or another method.. my new lease requires Verizon service.
This one has never been used, would hate to have to buy new ones.

Any thoughts are appreciated.
