This was not a payment for play or payment for signing based on the info out.

This is a guy who met people and convinced them to take payments which he disguised on the accounting records to be legitimate. Then the people who took the money paid most of the money back to him so he could steal it from the original entity.

This was not paying money for an athletic advantage for LSU. This was a criminal scheme to steal money.

The federal complaint also states a “portion” was paid back and not “most”.

Why involve the football team at all? This really seems reckless if your a booster and a players family member.

Someone tell Brock that Smart hasn't spent a second on research of anything LSU unlike his counterpart here who doesn't hunt or fish, so he researches everything Texas, LSU and Bama incessantly on a hunting website from his mom's basement..
