I know a prepper that vacuum seals his ammo to preserve it.

I use these. The .30 cal cans hold 500 rounds of loose 5.53/.223. Those are what I store ammo like M193 or plinking loads. They have a version that comes with 3 .50 cans where I keep match, hunting, or defensive ammo in the factory boxes.

These crates stack, are sturdy, sealed and it is nice to be able to carry it all at once or just grab a box and go.

I put mine in ammo cans in the original boxes and drop a few desiccant packs in each can.

Ammo cans in original boxes. If for some reason I don't use a whole box I put rest in a plastic container in ammo can.

I don’t have it long enough to worry about it going bad.

That 22.95 price is for the carrying crate plus the 4 cans? That’s cheap!

This, Don't forget to label them
Make sure they're the ammo cans with rubber gasket so its air tight
