Buy/ sell/ trade used suppressors?

Can you legally buy, sell, or trade used suppressors? If so what would the process be? Just another $200 stamp and 7 month form 4 wait?

You can legally do it. It’s just a waste of another $200 tax stamp. Still a long wait. If the person is out of state it gets more complicated.

Exactly as stated above. If the buyer is in a different state, pretty much better just scrapping the idea. It can be done, but you would most likely have to involve a dealer on each end. Gets expensive quick.
