I thought I was being pranked

    But I wasn't
Caught this guy on the Browning trail cam mid December at the GAP Ranch.
By far the best rack we've ever seen. Obviously a young deer and he'll get another year to grow as he's never been spotted in person.
    C'mon October!

Wow. He’s already something special, hope he keeps progressing for your sake.

    In for future updates.

Nice! I like that split G3, that's unique. You see lots of split G2s but few G3's.

Let him go for a few years so he can spread his seed and don't shoot any late season doe's.

I'm with you. I think he may be more mature than he appears. It's hard to age bucks when they're worn down from rutting.

No tarsal staining, no swayed back, no roman nose, shallow chest. Seems young top me.

He looks like a rut worn mature buck. His head shows some age and his sloped rump shows he has some age on him. But that is just my opinion. I hope he hangs around for you. He is a dandy!!

I’m in the rutted down group. I think he is mature. Have fun chasing him next year.

He would be hard to pass on. Nice buck.
