We could eat our weight in those!! also good with crabmeat mixed with the cream cheese, or shrimps on the top...

I make these all the time with crab mixed in with the cheese. One question though. Is there any trick to keep them from flaring up on the grill? Seems like every time I make these I get a few BIG flare ups and char a few beyond all reason.
