How is the hunting in Comanche County?
Size, Quality, Population, Turkey, etc.

No one hunts in Comanche County? Any help?

Hunted there for a year...about 10 miles north of Comanche. Decent gene pool. Had a good turkey population, plenty of hogs, and our set-up was pretty good for duck and mediocre for dove. Was really bummed to lose the lease, but landowner passed it down to her kids and one moved onto the property and didn’t want hunters around her. Saw one of the nicest bucks I’ve seen live on the hoof driving to town one evening for dinner. Big non-typical. Was about a mile from our lease. Drool.

My BNL and nephew hunt the SE corner of the county. His other BNL is on the same place. They do OK. Just make-n memories for the boys.
