Wanting to know if I need 400 or 500 spine. The bow is a Pronghorn longbow, 56# at 28”. My draw is 27” and I’d like to have my arrows around 29”. Which would y’all recommend?

.400 Goldtip Trads @ 29" / 50gr insert / 200gr points.

That will give you right at 10 gpp with right at 21% foc.

As always - start with them long, and bring them down a little at a time for tune.

400's. I have a 55# Howatt Hunter. I draw 27 inches as well shooting CX 250's at 291/4 inches. 150 grains up front gives me very good arrow flight.
